Your rental message

The message builder runs in your browser. You can choose a dress and add an event date, occasion, usual size or short note. It does not submit your draft to a website database or save it between visits.

When you choose “Copy my message,” the draft is copied to your device’s clipboard. You decide whether to paste and send it in Messenger. Opening Messenger does not send the message automatically.

Booking requests

The booking form is separate from the Messenger message builder. When you submit a booking request, your name, contact number, chosen dress, requested dates and notes are sent to the connected booking service for staff review. Checking dates sends only the dress and requested rental window.

The local demonstration stores requests in its demo staff workspace. Use sample details when trying it. A request remains pending until staff completes the confirmation call and approves a ready gown; submitting does not automatically reserve a dress or send a message.

If online requests are unavailable, use Messenger to contact the shop. No request is marked as received unless the booking service confirms it.

Conversations with the shop

Details you send to Grathéa help the shop discuss your event, check fit and availability, and arrange a possible rental. Share only what is needed for your inquiry. Please do not put payment details or identification documents in the message builder.

Facebook and Messenger

Links to Facebook and Messenger open external services governed by their own privacy policies. Our collection photographs and the Elle editorial film are hosted with this website, so you can browse them without signing in to Facebook. Original Facebook video players load only after you choose to play a reel. Loading a Facebook player connects to Meta’s service and is subject to its privacy policies.

Website analytics

Our analytics setup supports Google Analytics for visits and navigation, Microsoft Clarity for click and scroll maps, and PostHog for gown searches, filter choices, and selected gowns. Google Tag Manager supports management of website tags. When enabled, these services receive limited browsing information and technical details needed to deliver their services.

PostHog records only selected collection interactions, with a limit of 30 events per browser tab session. Searches are recorded after you pause typing or submit, and obvious contact details and long pasted text are excluded. We do not send your booking name, phone number, rental notes, or Messenger draft to PostHog. PostHog automatic click tracking and session recordings are disabled.

Clarity masks website text and form content. Google Analytics and Clarity start with analytics and advertising cookie storage denied. Analytics is disabled when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preference. We do not use analytics for advertising personalization.
